 Our community is conveniently located in the South Denver Metro area, offering easy access to major employment hubs, shopping districts, dining, and entertainment. This location is ideal offering comfort with quick access to downtown Denver and surrounding areas.

Is public transportation accessible from Woodline Place?

Yes. Several RTD bus routes serve the area, making commuting simple. The Nine Mile Park-N-Ride light rail station is located approximately 3 miles from the community, providing direct connections to downtown Denver, Aurora, and other metro destinations.

Are major highways near Woodline Place?

Absolutely. The community is located near Interstate 225 (I-225), allowing for quick access to major roadways including I-25 and Parker Road. This makes commuting throughout the Denver Metro area fast and convenient.

Yes. Every apartment at Woodline Place includes a full‑size, in‑home washer and dryer.

Are stainless steel appliances standard in all homes?

Yes. All apartments feature modern stainless steel appliances.

Do the apartments have patio or balconies?

Yes. Every apartment includes a private patio or balcony, giving residents outdoor space to relax.

How do I apply for an apartment at Woodline Place?

Applying is simple and can be done entirely online:

  2. Select your preferred apartment home
  3. Complete the secure online application

Once submitted, our leasing team will review your application and contact you promptly. If you prefer personalized assistance, our team is happy to guide you through the process or help you choose the right floor plan.

What is the income requirement to lease an apartment?

Applicants must demonstrate gross monthly income equal to at least two times the monthly rent.
Income verification is completed by a third‑party screening provider, with online support available throughout the process.

What lease terms are available?

Woodline Place offers flexible lease options, typically ranging from 3 to 15 months. Short‑term and month‑to‑month leases may be available depending on timing and availability. Our leasing team can help you find the best option.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all residents and must remain active for the duration of the lease. We can connect you with our preferred insurance provider to make setup fast and easy.

How do I schedule a tour of Woodline Place?

You can schedule a tour in several ways:

  • Phone or email: Contact our leasing team directly

Utilities & Total Monthly Leasing Prices

Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are not included in base rent. Residents are responsible for:

  • Electricity
  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Trash
  • Other applicable monthly services

Charges are posted through the resident ledger. Optional or usage‑based utilities are billed separately.

Package Handling

How are packages managed?


We offer secure package lockers for resident convenience. This system ensures your deliveries are safely stored and available for pickup at any time.

 


Parking

Is parking included with my apartment?

Yes. Each apartment includes one garage space (attached or detached) at no additional cost.

Is additional parking available?

Yes. Extra parking spaces are available for purchase through the ParQM parking system.

Does Woodline Place offer EV charging stations?

At this time, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are not available within the community.


Pet Policy

Is Woodline Place pet friendly?

Yes. Woodline Place is a pet‑friendly apartment community welcoming cats and dogs. Community guidelines, pet fees, and policies apply, and residents enjoy access to an onsite animal wash area.
